We only accept 3 reasons for returns.
1. Wrong Size
2. Wrong items shipped
3. Defective items

Once you received wrong items or defective items, you notify us within 1-2 day of receipt the products to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
All returns must be authorized
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization information. All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. If you return items without authorization that we will refuse acceptance or non-refundable.
* Physical damage to a product caused by the user doesn’t apply to this policy.

Order Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Because that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8 hours after orders placed, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand this key point. Cancellation requests after the order have been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Friendly Notice:
We do not cover the shipping cost of return & exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Our store reserves the right to inspect returned items to determine if the product has been worn, used or altered. If returned footwear is not in resellable condition, a shipping fee will be charged to customer credit card and footwear will be returned to the customer. Purchaser pays shipping charges to return products to us and a shipping charge will be added to all exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the credit card on file immediately upon arrival of returned item.
